San Sebastien, one of the most beautiful and most visited cities in Spain. This city is a melting pot of historical buildings, beautifully blooming hills, great beaches, cosy shopping streets and amazing restaurants. Everyone loves the Basque Country for its pintxos and many cooking clubs.
The Basques are known for its cooking culture and their chefs are mostly men. They often eat six times a day and they enjoy each meal as if it’s their last. It’s therefore not surprising that the restaurants in this city combined, share 16 Michelin stars.
The city, named Donostia in Basque, is located along the coast of Northern Spain. It is home to a stunning bay, the bay of San Sebastian, with in the middle the island of Santa Klara. Many yacht owners flock to this bay in summer. The city is therefore known for its relatively wealthy visitors.
